Wirth Law Office is a Tulsa law firm founded by Oklahoma attorney James M. Wirth, Esq. on January 1, 2010 following his successful tenure at another prominent Tulsa law firm. The firm has since provided outstanding legal representation to thousands of clients, and is often recognized by Oklahoma media as a leading source of information on legal topics.
In the first 10 years, Mr. Wirth expanded the enterprise to include locations in Bartlevsille, Okmulgee, Wagoner, Muskogee, Tahlequah, Oklahoma City and Stillwater. In 2017, the firm acquired its headquarters facility in Tulsa’s prestigious Arena District, located near city, state and federal court facilities.
Wirth Law Office entered it’s second decade of legal excellence with the mission to “Make Law Easy” for people needing representation in Oklahoma courts. The promise reflects service that reduces complex legal matters to well-defined steps, with the option of online access to case schedules and financial information. The firm establishes locations near county courts to assure clients easy access, so court time is spent on court business.

James M. Wirth was born in December, 1978, in St. John Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A lifelong Oklahoman, James has resided in Owasso, Claremore, Stillwater, Tulsa, and Broken Arrow. In 2003, James married his high school sweetheart. They have a son who was born in January, 2009, a daughter born in October, 2011, and another daughter born in August, 2015.
